Tapered on one edge for easy access beneath baked goods or pans, the Gozney Wood Placement Peel includes perforations to allow excess flour to fall away when making fresh pizza. Acacia wood is also naturally non-stick, so messes and damage to pizzas and other baked goods can be avoided.
