Embroidery - Font Examples

Our "customer favorite" fonts are shown above. These samples run the gamut for all your possible needs: block vs. script, serif vs. sans-serif, straight vs. curved, etc. Whether you'd like a personalized shirt for a rugged ranch or something more comfy like a PC repair shop we have a lettering style to match! (If you have a vectorized logo that uses a custom font that's not in our system we will be able to replicate the lettering using the images you provide.)

Above is a graphic showing our most popular single colors and the ones available for selection when you add personalization options to your order. We have many more shades than the ones shown here so if you need a logo embroidered with a fuller range of colors we can accommodate the job.

Embroidery - Logo Digitization

Our embroidery machine is able to accept vectorized image files in the standard .PNG and .EPS file formats. If you have a business or company logo that is not in one of these formats (common examples of other files are .JPEG, .GIF, or "lossy" .PNG) we offer a flat rate digitization service where we can convert your image into one compatible with our machine. Crisp lines and clear uniform colors are important for the embroiderer to run correctly; see the example image above for a demonstration in the difference in quality of the same logo between two file types.

NOTE: If you require digitization services on your image and you place another order with us at a later time using the same image you will not need to pay the digitization fee again! We will save your graphic in our database in case we need to use it for a future order. Simply include your original order # with all future orders so we can reference the file used previously.

Engraving - Font Examples

Here are the most popular fonts used for personalization with our engraving machine. Our equipment uses the universal .TTF (TrueType Font) file format so if you do not see the font you want in the example graphic please reach out to us and we can work with you to choose a custom font (assuming it or a lookalike font are freely available). There is no additional charge for setting up a new font.

Engraving - Custom Graphics

Our laser engraving machine is capable of putting anything on, well, anything! In the photo above you can see some examples of what we can do on a variety of surfaces and textures. We support custom designs and images that you may submit to us at the time of your order. Note that for wood surfaces we are able to do "shades" by adjusting the intensity of the beam, but for metal surfaces we can only do two-tone "black or white" graphics. This is due to the physical characteristics of the materials.

We charge a flat rate fee for custom engraving that works for our most common orders (names, monograms, logos), however highly complex designs that take longer than the average production time (15 minutes) are billed at a per-minute rate beyond the first 15. As an example, everything in the example photo above took less than 15 minutes to process, including the full wrap pattern on the water bottle. If our engraving team believes your design might take a significant period of time to produce they will be able to work with you to streamline the project.
