Return Policy
Items purchased on our website may be returned via mail or to any of our 4 locations. Items are eligible for refund to the original form of payment or exchange when they meet all of the below requirements:
- Returned to us within 30 days of the order date
- Clothing must be returned within 10 days of purchase/delivery (online only) unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with tickets still attached for refund to original form of payment
- All clothing returns after 10 days will be given store credit in the form of a gift card
- Unopened, unused and in their original packaging
- Include the order receipt/packing slip
- Item does not fall within our Final Sale Return Policy (see below)
- Online items received for return that are received between 30 and 45 days from the order date will be eligible for store credit
- Shipping fees that are incurred with your order are non-refundable
How do I return something I purchased online?
If you have any issues with your products, please email us at info@mycoastalace.com with the order number, name, and date of purchase. We will get back to you as soon as possible with return location information.
Online purchases can either be returned via mail or in store at any of our 4 locations during our regular business hours. If returning via mail, please send items back with the receipt, in their original condition and packaging. We are not liable for damage caused to items in transit, so please be sure to package your items back to us carefully to ensure a refund.
When will my refund be processed?
Please allow up to 7-10 business days from the time the items are returned to us for the funds to go back onto your card.
Damaged Item
Please email us as soon as possible at info@mycoastalace.com so we can make it right. Emails for damages must be received within 15 days of delivery date to guarantee return/exchange eligibility.
In-Store Return Policy
Items purchased at our physical brick and mortar locations are eligible for return or exchange up to 90 days from the date of purchase.
Final Sale Return Policy
Sale, discounted, and personalized items all are Final Sale and not eligible for returns. This applies to both our online and in-store purchases.
Standard Sale Merchandise Exclusions
Unless otherwise noted, the following items are never eligible for discounts, sales or coupons: fuel, bagged fertilizer, sale and clearance priced merchandise, online purchases, rental, in-store services, Ace Gift Cards, city stickers, previously purchased merchandise, Weber® Stihl® Toro including select power tools and power equipment Yeti, Traeger, Oakley, Smith & Sun cloud sunglasses, Craftsman, Big Green Egg, Nest Branded Products Fishing Licenses, water heaters, Grills, Lumber, Building Materials, Bag Goods, Fasteners, and keys. All electric items (anything with a plug) are limited to 10% off regular sales price.
