These weathervanes are fully functional so whether you'd simply like one as a piece of rustic decor or as a useful tool they can be both! The compass can be loosened in order for it to point true north and then re-tightened to lock in its direction. Offered in both whale and mermaid designs. The base of each weathervane features two metal feet each with four mounting holes that can be used to attach the device to your roof, a fence post, or anywhere else it will fit (mounting bolts and hardware not included). Each measures approximately 27.75" x 17.75" x 26".
