The Snackmaster Encore features 500 watts of drying power and generates maximum speed and quality for dehydrating fruits, vegetables, beef jerky, and venison jerky. The Snackmaster's patented Converga-Flow drying system allows you to dry all of the contents of the dehydrator evenly - no need to rotate the trays during the process! The dehydrator comes with 4 trays but has spaces for up to 12. Additional trays sold separately.
